Kidney & Bladder Support: Horsetail may assist with fluid retention, kidney or bladder stones, urinary tract infections and incontinence. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. May assist healing of bones and strengthen connective tissue. Significant mineral content. May help splitting nails and lifeless hair. Aids with acne and eczema. May ease rheumatism pain. May improve cellular regeneration, increasing collagen and elastin. DIRECTIONS Use 2 rounded teaspoons to 1 large cup of boiled water. Steep for 15 minutes then strain. 4 cups daily maximum. Half dose for children under 12 Weight: 50g
