1. Overview
The “Yours Could Be Free” promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Planet Organic Pty Ltd (“Planet Organic”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at Sunday, 22 June 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 24 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
3. How to Enter
To enter, customers must place an order on www.planetorganic.com.au during the Promotion Period. No minimum spend is required for eligibility. Each completed order equals one (1) automatic entry into the daily draw. Only one order per person is eligible for a refund per day. In the event that 2 orders from one person are drawn, the first order placed, will be the eligible order for a refund.
4. Prize Details
Three orders will be randomly selected each day of the Promotion Period to receive a full refund of their order value. A total of nine (9) winning orders will be refunded over the course of the promotion.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 business days of winner confirmation, plus processing time.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 24 hours of the applicable daily draw. Planet Organic may publicly announce winners via first name, initial, and state on its website, social media channels, and email marketing.
7. Use of Personal Information
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to Planet Organic collecting and using their name, order information, and general location (e.g. state) for the purpose of administering the promotion.
In addition, winners agree to grant Planet Organic a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use their name, likeness (e.g. photo or video if recorded), and any written or verbal responses (e.g. testimonials or comments) in any media, including but not limited to promotional, advertising, and marketing materials without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Planet Organic reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an order that is incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Planet Organic reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time.
Wholesale orders will be excluded from this promotion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planet Organic shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.
10. Privacy
All personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Planet Organic’s Privacy Policy.
