Shipping process

We will ship using a standard Australia Post service whereby you can track your order easily and in a timely manner. Your signature may be requested upon delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

International:

If you have a complaint please contact us immediately. Our policy requires the product is returned within 10 days in its original packaging. If the product is found to be unsatisfactory, it will be replaced at no cost or a refund given.
