Seasonal Allergies & Diuretic: Organic Goldenrod may improve symptoms of insulin resistance and diabetes. Antifungal specifically against candida. May be effective against respiratory ailments. Contains Rutin (antioxidant), supports heart and circulation. Aids liver function, enlarged prostate, increases urinary flow.

DIRECTIONS

1. Start with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water.
2. Steep for 8-10 minutes then strain.

For diuretic properties drink tea cold. To combat allergic conditions or promote digestion, drink warm. Begin using this herb at low daily intake. Always increase fluids during use. Up to 3 cups daily. Use with caution in children under 12, no more than adult dose. Not suitable for babies under 2.
