Aids Anxiety, Insomnia & Depression: Organic St John’s Wort may be useful for mild to moderate depression for men and women. Aids anxiety and sleep disturbances. Supports immune system during viral infections, such as herpes simplex, influenza, colds and sore throats. May provide pain relief and help settle upset stomachs.

 

DIRECTIONS

 

• Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of hot water.
• Steep then strain.

Maximum three or four cups daily for adults. Half dose for children over 12, dose for under 12s.
