I've been using passion flower tea for a couple of years which really does help me get to sleep but I was having a problem with waking up at the same time every night around 2am. I suspected my cortisol levels were too high. I then started adding a tea bag of the lemon balm to my passion flower tea every night and it has worked. I'm no longer waking up at 2am unable to get back to sleep. Thank you Planet Organic!

This tea is a must in my home and is a regular purchase of mine. the main reason is that the spearmint tea from Planet Organic has a bright freshness that is difficult to find in other mint teas I have tried.
