I have PCOS, and one of my main concerns has always been excessive facial hair. I had read that spearmint tea may help with hormone balance, so I wanted to give it a try. I couldn’t find pure spearmint tea in other supermarkets, but then I found Planet Organic. I initially ordered one pack, and after drinking it twice a day consistently, I noticed that my facial hair seemed to grow more slowly. It definitely hasn’t stopped the growth completely, but I feel like it has reduced the speed, which is a great result for me. Because I was happy with the results, I ordered four more packs! If you have PCOS and are looking for a pure spearmint tea to add to your routine, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try.
