Certified Organic Turmeric Root

- Boil the kettle and prepare your cup or teapot.

- Use 1 Organic Turmeric Tea Bag per 250ml of hot water. If you prefer iced tea, use 2 tea bags per 250ml.

- Pour freshly boiled water over the tea bag and brew for 3-4 minutes. If you prefer a stronger brew, try adding an extra tea bag instead of brewing for longer.

- Remove the tea bag and enjoy!

For in-stock items, we aim to have all Australian Orders shipped the same day if placed before 8am (AEST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside of our business hours will be processed on the next business day. Fulfilment times may vary during sale periods depending on demand. 

We ship through a variety of courier services to ensure the most efficient shipping carrier to you, whereby you can track your order easily.

Shipping notifications will be sent when the parcel has been dispatched.  Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility.  It is the customers responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived in a timely manner.  We will then contact the courier to investigate further.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

Australia Post estimates 2-3 business days for Metro Areas and 4-7 business days for Regional Australia

Any delivery date or times specified by us is a best estimate and based on information from Australia Post.  Planet Organic will not be liable for any reasonable and unavoidable delays in delivery.

Pre-ordered products will only be shipped when they are available.

International Shipping

Planet Organic ships internationally and will make every effort to ensure your order is properly prepared for international transit. However, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and comply with their local import regulations, duties, taxes and restrictions.

Before placing an order, please confirm that the items you are purchasing can be legally imported into your country. If a shipment is refused, returned, or denied entry by customs, we will issue a refund for the product(s) only, minus any shipping and handling costs incurred.

In the event the product you receive is incorrect or defective please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product so we can rectify the issue. To be eligible for a return on an incorrect product the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

Please email hello@planetorganic.com.au with your order number, contact details and a brief description of the problem.  If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. We’ll either provide a replacement or a refund for the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, we may accept the return provided the item is in its original condition—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.

Refunds will be processed promptly via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All of our Tea Bags have a best before date of 3 years (excluding Earl Grey -15 months), whereas our Loose Leaf Teas are 1.5-2 years. If your teabags arrive with less than 18 months shelf life—or Earl Grey with less than 9 months—we’ll replace them with fresher stock, free of charge.
