For in stock items we aim to have all Australian Orders shipped the same day if placed before 10am (AEST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside of our business hours will be processed on the next business day.

We will ship using a standard Australia Post service or a courier service whereby you can track your order easily.

Shipping notifications will be sent when the parcel has been dispatched. Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customers responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived in a timely manner. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.

Returns & Exchanges

In the event the product you receive is incorrect or defective please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product so we can rectify the issue. To be eligible for a return on an incorrect product the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Please email hello@planetorganic.com.au with your order number, contact details and a brief description of the problem. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We’ll either provide a replacement or a refund for the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed promptly via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Kindly note that return costs for returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

TLDR: Nice calming tea for bedtime! We try not to have anything too crazy late in the evening on a work night, and this has helped us wind down for bed. It doesn’t have a lot of flavor, so keep that in mind. It’s very light in flavor and has a nice taste. It is very plain, which is exactly what we need before bed. Sometimes we will add the tiniest bit of flavor or sweetener but it’s still good without. I do not think people who love very bold, flavorful tea will love this. But if you like simple tea and flavors then this is perfect for you! Liking it so far, hopefully it lasts awhile!

This is a tasty tea, decent quantity, it doesn't taste good to me plain, so I add a bit of sugar to it, it's easy to brew,I just don't really like that it's in loose form and used to tea bags.

Very nice organic tea. Mild, but pleasant flavor. I normally put milk in my tea, but this is tasty without it. Also, a little sweet. Really enjoyable. I would suggest using a fine mesh tea ball, to keep as much of the leaves out of your cup as possible.

The fact that it's certified organic and non-GMO is also a big plus for me. I love that it's made from dried red clover blossoms whole tea leaves, which gives it a really natural and earthy flavor. Red clove Herbal tea tastes good. Def different than standard tea leaves.Packaging is not re-sealable, so I threw it in a zip lock bag after opening to help keep fresh.

A very mild tasting tea. I even let it steep a long time, and it was still very light, and did not turn bitter. That's a good thing! A nice cup of tea to warm your innards, even though it is very plain. Just becasue it doesn't have much flavor doesn't mean that it doesn't have a place in your medicinal collection. People drink red clover for many different medicinal reasons. You should read up about it to see who should or should not drink red clover. my package was mostly green leaves, and not so much flower buds, and what were pedals were mixed into the leaves. I drink most of my teas plain, but this will be good also with some honey, lemon and ginger added to it.

This Red Clover tea has a very smooth taste. I was going to add honey to it but didn’t need to, liked the flavor which is mild. I used my steeper and let it sit in the hot water for 10 minutes and it was perfect. Red clover is a good source of calcium and has other good benefits. The tea is organic, no chemicals or additives which I very much like. The packaging is recycled something else I like. I used a twist tie to close the bag back and put it back in The box it came in for storage. The box is pretty so it looks fine on the counter

I like this herbal tea is organic and non-GMO. The dried loose tea leaves look and smell fresh. The brew process is just like any other loose tea, simply adding into a cup of boiled water and waiting for 5 minutes. It doesn't have much flavor, so you may want to add some honey or something else to enhance the joy. No complaints!

I've got close to cutting out all soda in my diet so I've been diving into tea pretty hard and when I saw this I figured I would give it a shot. It came packaged just fine with no spills. In the box you get a bag with the clove in it, would have been nice if it was something resealable but there are zip-lock bags for a reason. I made a 1/2 gallon of this with a little over 6 tsp and the flavor while subtle was pretty darn good. It's not a tea that's going to smack you in the face but I do enjoy it. There is a decent amount and I think ill be able to get 3 or 4 gallons out of it. All in all, I dig this tea.
