Menstruation & Menopause Support: Lady’s Mantle may assist as an anti-inflammatory, mild diuretic, menstrual cycle regulator or aid digestive discomfort. A gynaecological herb specific for heavy menstrual bleeding and vaginal itching. Also can be used as a mouthwash for sore throats, laryngitis or mouth ulcers. Low intake of tea sipped after birth assists uterus regain inherent tone.
DIRECTIONS
Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water.
Steep for 10-15 mins, then strain.
Use up to 5 times daily for acute problems. Usual daily intake 3 cups. To make stronger, boil herb for a few minutes. Start using 10 days prior to assist painful menstruation. Half dose for children, not suitable for under 12s.

Natural Pain Relief: White Willow Bark may be used for herbal pain relief. May relieve headaches, muscle pain, inflammation, menstrual cramps, arthritis, fevers and colds.
DIRECTIONS
Use 3 teaspoons of bark chips to 2 large cups of water.
Boil for 10 minutes, steep for 30 minutes.
Some water will boil off and more will absorb during steeping.
Strain, tea will be somewhat bitter, but can be diluted. Add ginger or honey to enhance flavour.
