A gynaecological herb specific for heavy menstrual bleeding and vaginal itching. Also can be used as a mouthwash for sore throats, laryngitis or mouth ulcers. Low intake of tea sipped after birth assists uterus regain inherent tone. DIRECTIONS Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water. Steep for 10-15 mins, then strain. Use up to 5 times daily for acute problems. Usual daily intake 3 cups. To make stronger, boil herb for a few minutes. Start using 10 days prior to assist painful menstruation. Half dose for children, not suitable for under 12s. Weight: 25g
