Menstruation & Menopause Support: Lady’s Mantle may assist as an anti-inflammatory, mild diuretic, menstrual cycle regulator or aid digestive discomfort. A gynaecological herb specific for heavy menstrual bleeding and vaginal itching. Also can be used as a mouthwash for sore throats, laryngitis or mouth ulcers. Low intake of tea sipped after birth assists uterus regain inherent tone.
DIRECTIONS
Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water.
Steep for 10-15 mins, then strain.
Use up to 5 times daily for acute problems. Usual daily intake 3 cups. To make stronger, boil herb for a few minutes. Start using 10 days prior to assist painful menstruation. Half dose for children, not suitable for under 12s.

Soothes Coughs, Indigestion & Diarrhoea: Marshmallow may be soothing for coughs, sore throats and respiratory infection or inflammation. May assist with indigestion and diarrhoea. Anti-inflammatory, soothes urinary tract upsets. Useful for babies if cooled tea is gently rubbed onto the gums for teething and pain relief. Marshmallow has no relationship to the confectionery of the same name.
DIRECTIONS
