In the event the product you receive is incorrect or defective please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product so we can rectify the issue. To be eligible for a return on an incorrect product the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Please email hello@planetorganic.com.au with your order number, contact details and a brief description of the problem.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  We’ll either provide a replacement or a refund for the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed promptly via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.   

Kindly note that return costs for returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
