I brought this tea under the advice from my vet to bathe my dog’s eyes with it.
I have only used it for a short time so I can’t really tell you what it’s like

Great organic tea. Great range for a one stop shop.

The service was amazing! The post office lost my delivery and Planet Organic replaced it promptly and efficiently :). Also, the tea is great, I love the presentation and the taste. Highly recommended :D.

I think it may be helping with my hormonal acne. Tastes good too!

I cannot vouch for the natural wellness of this tea; however, I can write a review on the taste. I had never had tea like this before and wanted to try this product. Upon the initial taste test, I thought it tasted like an herbal blend without any bitter aftertaste. I even tried it a few times by letting it steep for much longer and trying it with less water to get the full taste of this product. It did have a bit stronger taste but never bitter. Highly recommend this tea for its price and taste!

I'm someone who enjoys teas with bold flavors. I also appreciate when a product, such as this one from Planet Organic (NZ-distributed brand), puts thought into quality and function. Per the packaging, this organic herbal tea is solely made from certified organic calendula flowers. The cellulose teabags themselves are compostable, made from plant-based fibers, and do not have any staples, strings, or envelopes. Instead, they are bagged (with a non-petroleum, compostable plastic) inside a recyclable box with vegetable-based ink. You get 25 bags for ~$9 as of this review. Fair, assuming all of the claims regarding responsible sourcing and care to deliver quality tea are true. The flavor is good. I still went for two bags as I drink my teas from oversized (16oz or more) mugs. I'd suggest one bag per 8oz.

I’ll be using it more for medicinal formulations, but if you would like to drink it just like tea you’ll have no problems with this. You get a lot in the box and for the price… And that it’s organic, I felt the price was reasonable

I drink too much coffee and want to refrain from coffee by switching to tea. Upon opening the box, I noticed the box and tea bags are eco-friendly manufactured. I used the microwave to heat up my water. It’s a lazy way, but it works for me. I can smell the herbal tea from the tea bag. I liked the scent of the herbal tea. The taste was tea was delicious. I taste the scent of herbal. I drink the tea straight without adding sugar or milk. The tea is refreshing, and it definitely quenches my thirst for coffee. Herbal tea has many benefits, including natural sources of vitamins. I have not heard of Calendula flowers, so I research via Google, and it has antimicrobial and antifungal properties. The supplemental properties of the tea and flavor are both good features that I was looking for. Overall, the calendula herbal tea is a good value, and the item description was accurate.

Flavor and scent are not overpowering.

I really like this tea. It tastes slightly sweet and is more subtle. I didn't get any bitter notes so if you want to drink it without any sweetener this might be good for you.

This product is surprisingly eco-friendly, from the sourcing, bagging, to packaging, which is pretty impressive. I admire companies caring for the environment and even treating that as a priority. The tea itself tastes pretty good although it's a bit on the mild side for me, but that's not a deal breaker. It has lots of health benefits and I also like the fact that it's caffeine free, so all ages get to enjoy it. Overall it's a good product!

I'm new to Calendula Tea, but I liked it. If you like Camomile Tea, I think you'd like this too. I did need to add a bit of sweetener to really enjoy it. I like that there is no tag as that often falls in my very tall mug - and I'd prefer not having anything floating in there. The bags are nice and full. I like that there's no caffeine. And it's nicely packaged.

It is very nice flavor of this tea, very delicate. The aroma is very soothing. Excellent quality.

This is a good tea. It lacks caffeine, and it has a mild herbal flavor, think chamomile but with a slight bitter . But that gives it character that I like. In short, I found it relaxing when I wanted to wind down while reading before bed.I will note the bags are compostible, and the tea itself is an excellent addition to compost. Bonus points for that.

Overall this is an extremely easy to brew and a nice tea. I liked their environmental consciousness that makes it easy to toss a bag into a water bottle and let it steep for awhile. Solid product.

I brewed one bag in 10oz of hot water and the result was a mildly flavored, light colored, non sweet tea. Like others, I found the flavor reminiscent of chamomile tea. This flavor of tea isn't going to top the list of my favorites, but it's still enjoyable to drink when I feel like relaxing.

I highly recommend Planet Organic Calendula Herbal Tea Bags for its natural and organic ingredients that promote overall wellbeing. The delicate, floral flavor and soothing aroma are perfect for relaxation. The compostable packaging also aligns with my values for sustainability. Overall, it's a great purchase for tea lovers who care about their health and the environment.

This calendula tea is full of flavor, one of the best I’ve had of this kind of tea. There are no other ingredients, just the flowers, and it's obvious to me from the flavor. It is also Australia Certified Organic (ACO).I’m happy that there are no strings, bags, or envelopes, just the tea bag which is almost all the way full. This is a really good quality tea.

When I have a very sore throat, I like to drink Chamomile tea -- I find it soothing. However, I'm not a huge fan of the flavor and find it needs a fair amount of sweetener to make it palatable. In my opinion, this has a similar flavor profile as chamomile. Some web searches indicate that it should have similar health effects as chamomile (esp. anti-inflammatory properties), and so I think for all intents and purposes, you could say this is largely the same thing. If you are eco-aware, you will like that there are no strings, staples, individual envelopes (there is a single plastic sealed bag to keep the bags dry during shipping and storage--hard to avoid that), or tags -- just composable tea bags in an eco-friendly box, so less trash. This is not certified USDA organic, probably because it is not a US product (see final note below), but it IS ACO Certified Organic. I don't know anything about ACO, but from what I know about USDA, that may just carry more weight, anyway.Country of origin: Packaged in Australia from imported ingredients from selected countries and distributed via New Zealand

Very mild herbal/sweet flavor. It reminds me to chamomile. It is organic and wonderful to hydrate throughout the day.

Calendula is a plant whose flower petals are rich in flavonoids, a naturally occurring compound that’s said to be anti-inflammatory, can help lower blood sugar levels, fight cancer, and protect the brain. These tea bags are made from organic calendula flowers, and the tea bags are tag-less and eco-friendly. Once you brew the tea, you can see the bright yellow petals through the tea bag. See my photos. The flavor of the tea is delicate and mild, very easy to drink for me. I would recommend this product.

This is my first experience with calendula tea and I am pleased to report it is a nice, mild cup of herbal tea. No caffeine so it makes a nice evening tea, soothing and with reported anti-inflammatory healing properties. I can't swear to that, those when I googled, lots of info claiming so. I drank it straight--no sugar needed in my opinion. I can see this would make a very nice iced tea, perhaps mixed with a mint tea.I'd compare this to Camomile tea in terms of flavor and as a good nighttime or evening tea. This comes in tea bags without strings and within a plastic bag (not resealable) inside a cardboard carton so the bags can be kept fresh by rolling tight the inner plastic bag. I hate the plastic bag just because it is a single use plastic but I do understand the need to keep the tea bags protected from light and moisture. Still, perhaps the seller could consider another packaging option? Waxed paper might be just as useful and less damaging than plastic.

The box recommended steeping for 5 minutes. I waited more than double that and not much happened. The color changed to a very pale brown, and I could still taste the water. It tastes very diluted. What I could taste was a bit bitter with a sweet aftertaste, which I like. The scent is similar to a floral catnip in my opinion. It was good with a bit of added honey to cover the taste of water.

If you're looking for a tea that is both delicious and good for you, then you need to try Planet Organic Calendula Herbal Tea Bags. Made with certified organic calendula, these tea bags are perfect for promoting natural wellness. They are also non-GMO and come in compostable packaging, so you can feel good about using them without harming the environment. I highly recommend giving them a try!

It's just earthy like chamomile tea. I'm not sure I could tell the two apartNot my cup of tea (LOL)

I like to drink all kinds of tea, and this is my first time trying chamomile tea. It has a slightly bitter taste, which is not a flavor that I enjoy.

This contains 25 bags of organic calendula flowers. These bags do not have strings or staples. Instead, plant based sealing fibers are used. I love that! I mainly got these to steep and make a hair rinse and it works great soothing my scalp and softening my hair. I love that this serves more than one purpose.

I got this to try something new, as I've never tried Calendula Tea before. The taste is slightly bitter, which seems to be normal for Calendula from what I've read. But it isn't too bad. Still, I added a small amount of sugar or honey to it to lessen the bitter taste. I like the compostable packaging. Overall, I enjoy this tea. Just took off 1 star of flavor for the slightly bitter taste, but that's personal preference, you may like it. Or if not, a little honey helps.

Best tea for cleansing and healing
I absolutely love these teas. I use them for different ailments and find planet organic tea to be the best available in Australia.
