Lemon Myrtle is one of my favourite teas of the Planet Organic tea range. I love Planet Organic's range of certified organic products, it's Australian owned and the Lemon Myrtle tea is grown in Australia too. Great tasting tea that is uplifting plus it's full or antioxidants, Vitamin C and is an anti-inflammatory.

Authentic taste of lemon Myrtle, I am fan of leaf tea, so have to cut the tea bag and enjoy this with licorice leaf tea for my evening stress relief. Would be good if the tea bags are in paper bage instead of plastic.

Store owner replied: Hi Jawad, thanks for your kind review. Great idea to combine the Lemon Myrtle and Licorice! The "plastic" looking back inside the box is a cellulose freshness barrier. The material is wholly derived from biomass, which is usually corn, sugar cane or cellulose. No petroleum based plastics are used. The wrap is compostable in home composting conditions. I hope this helps to explain why we use this material.
