    Aids Anxiety & Insomnia: Valerian may improve sleep quality and reduce time taken to fall asleep. May ease menstrual discomfort and reduce hot flushes during menopause. Helpful in reducing blood sugar levels. Beneficial for exam stress.


    1. Use 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiled water
    2. Steep for 10 minutes and strain.

    Ginger and honey will improve flavour. For insomnia, use 30-60 minutes before bed continuously for several days, up to 6 weeks may be needed before an effect is noted. Maximum 3 cups daily. May reduce restlessness, disrupted sleep in children under 12. Half dose for children.
