Drinking this delicious tea for benefits towards reducing my glucose control with diabetes. It is very refreshing, and I love cinnamon, I was very surprised with the taste. Being clear of any toxins I will be using it in powder form in my baking from now on.

Every time I smell cinnamon it takes me back to my Grandmother’s kitchen baking apple pies. This tea does not disappoint. I let it steep for 5mins to get the lovely rich flavour and aroma, perfect temperature for drinking.
This cinnamon tea is a lovely tasting tea. Not too strong and too weak either. I feel I could drink this tea at anytime during the day but I have started having this tea upon waking in the mornings instead of a coffee.

Just had my first try of this tea & pleasantly surprised how flavoursome it is. Nice and earthy, not sweet.
Loved the subtle taste of cinnamon; not overpowering and bitter. A strong short brew has been a great add to stewing apples. You don't have to love cinnamon to enjoy this tea.

I'm using a combination of 3 tea bags. Ginger, cinnamon and tumeric. I'm using it for my health and wellbeing. I have a cup everyday and have found my blood sugar levels have stabilised. Previously they were ever increasing. I'm so pleased with this combination. I call them my magic 3. They go well together in my thermos travel mug to make a large tea that tastes delicious.
