Nerve Calming & Sleep Aid: Organic Chamomile can sooth nerves and stomach and aid gastrointestinal disorders. Anti-viral, may inhibit growth of microbes in the intestinal tract. Supports respiratory system. May help alleviate discomfort associated with menstrual problems. May protect against colds, calms muscle spasms and assist mild insomnia in adults and children.

DIRECTIONS

1. 3 cups of tea daily may provide above benefits.
2. Use 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers per cup of boiled water.
3. Steep for 5-8 minutes, strain and pour.

In summer, ice cubes or mint leaves can be added making a refreshing drink. Half dose for children.
