This is a good tea. The flavor is pleasant. It’s a little inconvenient not having a string to help in steeping the tea or in removal of the bag, but I respect their desire to minimize any impact this would have on waste.

This review is for Planet Organic Chamomile Organic Herbal Tea, 25 compostable tea bags, 20g. This is an excellent chamomile tea, of typical golden color when brewed, gently floral with no bitterness. It did not become bitter with continued brewing. It is certified organic ACO, with only one ingredient, chamomile flowers. It comes in less wasteful bulk packaging of an inner clear cellophane-like bag that contains the individual compostable tea bags (not individually wrapped). The bags are slightly smaller than most teabags but this did not affect the performance or taste. Made in Australia.

This is the first time I have tried chamomile tea. I was pleasantly surprised. I felt it was a little bland, but pleasant tasting. I also felt it had a relaxing, calming effect on me. Overall, it was an enjoyable new tea experience for me and something I will continue to enjoy in the future.

This, to me, is how chamomile tea should taste. There's a fresh smooth flavor that you don't always get.Packaged well. All tea bags are in a single plastic bag, so you may want a light proof airtight container to seal them up in.Very relaxing experience. Good value. Recommended.

Chamomile tea is one of my favorites, especially at night. I usually drink chamomile made from flower buds. This tea had the same flavor, but was weaker. (I used two bags in the larger cup in the photo). The flavor was still very good as chamomile is a smooth (no bitterness) tea that helps me ease into sleep.

This tea is delicious and has a great aftertaste. I typically drink chamomile to help me wind down at night. With this box you get 25 tea bags. Interestingly there are no tag or strings attached to them so you'll need your tea spoon to remove the packet once it's done steeping. There is no caffeine which is to be expected in a chamomile tea, and the flavor is excellent.

This is a very nice chamomile tea. Even if it is severely diluted, it still has plenty of scent and some flavor... I asked my son to make me a cup, and he used one of my oversized coffee cups 16oz+ and 1 tea bag - steeped for 5 mins - and it was still drinkable. When made properly, it is absolutely delicious. I don't take cream or sugar in herbal teas and found this tea to be just as pleasant as others, needing nothing extra to enjoy.These do not come individually wrapped, so if you don't plan on finishing it soon after opening, you may want to put it into an airtight container instead of keeping it in the box.Also, there are no strings with tabs on these bags, so you will need to either let it float, remove it with a spoon, fork or fingers if you're daring, or use a reusable diffuser.Overall, tasty tea! I would try other flavors from this brand.

Comes in your typical tea box. I am amazed that they fit 25 bags in this box. The tea is normal for steeping and it leaves a strong flavor that is quite soothing. The scent is fresh and kinda floral. Really a quality tea that you can enjoy at any time during the day.

This is just a really nice, relaxing cup of chamomile tea. There is nothing off about it. It's smooth, has just the right astringent level for me (I don't add sugar), and is great for any time of the day. All can be composted, so that's a major plus. I'm pleased.

I enjoyed the cup I brewed - the flavor and smell were nice. These are organic, but I am not sure if it is worth it to me. The thing is, I did not notice a difference from the non-organic brand we had at home. It may be that I am not normally much of a Chamomile drinker as I only drink occasionally to help with sleep. I normally focus on the black / English breakfast.If you like tea, these are probably worth a try for you to decide for yourself.

I really like food products out of New Zealand, and this tea is no exception. New Zealand, for the most part, has higher quality standards and practices with regards to their farming and husbandry. I often drink chamomile at night before bed, it is a nice, relaxing way to end the day. This tea has a very nice chamomile flavor and is not bitter. I did not find any grit when I opened the tea bag to investigate after steeping. I would purchase this again.

Chamomile was probably one of the best he’s ever, no caffeine and grape flavor. This package arrived with a freshness seal that was true to its name. Really appreciated the excellent flavor and will be buying more in the future. Recommended.

This chamomile has a nice floral flavor with some honeyed undertones. The aroma is slightly sweet and lightly aromatic. It has a nice light golden color when brewed with no bitter or unpleasant notes. The flavor is mild, but most chamomile is. The flavor is enhanced and blooms with a touch of sweetener (e.g., honey) so I recommend adding just a bit to help bring out more of the floral notes. I liked the pedigree of this because it is more sustainable.

I steeped one individual bag in 10oz of hot water for six minutes. This resulted in a refreshing, delicious tea. To me chamomile is similar to mint and is almost sweet on its own. No need for extra sweetener. Note, that in keeping this product eco friendly, each bag is not individually wrapped. So prepare to keep in a sealed container to keep it fresh once opened. I recommend this tea.

Lately there have been warnings about arsenic in rice, lead and cadmium in cocoa, pesticides in practically everything. It's becoming harder and harder to avoid toxins since many are found naturally in the earth and vtea is not exempt. I really appreciate that this one is manufactured in a more health- conscious environment. I can enjoy a nice hot cup of chamomile to nudge me to sleep and not worry so much about its origins or the production process. Everything is compostable; while I used to not give a lot of consideration for that, it's definitely evident that our planet has been suffering and we are now reaping what we sowed. The taste is great and I highly recommend it!
