I have it in coffee for inflammation within the body, i understand i can actually have 2 teaspoons per day, so deciding whether to have that one in cereal.
The product arrived quickly and delivery was safe and sound. I love the taste of this cinnamon, I've been mixing it in my morning coffee and it's deelicious! Can't wait to see if it will have a good effect on my blood sugar levels too. Thank you! :)
