To be eligible for a return on an incorrect product the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Please email hello@planetorganic.com.au with your order number, contact details and a brief description of the problem.  If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. We’ll either provide a replacement or a refund for the product. Refunds will be processed promptly via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All of our spices have a best before date of 3 years and our herbs are 1.5-2 years. If your herbs arrive with less than 9 months shelf life or your spices with less than 18 months, we’ll replace them with fresher stock—free of charge.

While they may offer a variety of potential wellness benefits, it's important to remember that they are not a substitute for medical care. We always recommend consulting a trusted health professional with relevant qualifications who can provide tailored, holistic advice that suits your unique needs. Your well-being is our priority, and we're here to support you on your journey to a happier, healthier you.
