I have PCOS, and one of my main concerns has always been excessive facial hair. I had read that spearmint tea may help with hormone balance, so I wanted to give it a try.
I couldn’t find pure spearmint tea in other supermarkets, but then I found Planet Organic. I initially ordered one pack, and after drinking it twice a day consistently, I noticed that my facial hair seemed to grow more slowly. It definitely hasn’t stopped the growth completely, but I feel like it has reduced the speed, which is a great result for me.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I don't normally like the spearmint flavour in other things but I really enjoyed this tea and will definitely be a regular. It arrived very quickly and it's definitely good quality tea

Planet organic is a brand that I trust are selling good quality organic products and have a good ethos. And the only one I can find that does spearmint tea in tea bags, that is also organic!

Peppermint and Spearmint are my wife’s go to tea.
It’s very disappointing that the Ebergy tea has been discontinued. It was a tea I had twice a day and no longer can find this product anywhere. Ginseng plus was recommended but unfortunately I didn’t like the taste of it.
