Apple & Ceylon Cinnamon Baked Oats | Simple Nourishing Breakfast

This Apple & Ceylon Cinnamon Baked Oats recipe has quickly become a go-to sweet breakfast — warm, nourishing, and simple to prepare, making it perfect for busy mornings when you want something wholesome ready to go.

From a dietitian’s perspective, the type of cinnamon you use every day really matters. Many conventional cinnamon varieties can contain higher levels of coumarin, which isn’t ideal for regular consumption. That’s why we always reach for Ceylon cinnamon — often referred to as “true cinnamon.” It has a naturally mild, slightly sweet flavour. Planet Organic Ceylon Cinnamon is carefully sourced and tested for heavy metals like lead, offering a more considered choice for your daily routine.

Combined with naturally sweet apples and hearty oats, this baked oats recipe delivers a balanced, feel-good breakfast that supports steady energy throughout the morning. And can last up to 4 days in the fridge!
