Apple & Cinnamon Baked Oats | Easy Breakfast

Ingredients
Oats:

2 cups rolled oats
-
3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (or swap for an extra 1/2 cup oats
-
1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp baking powder
-
6 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- Pinch of salt
Apple Topping:
-
3 Organic Granny Smith apples
-
1 tbsp Organic maple syrup
To Serve:
-
Organic apple (sliced)
-
Extra sprinkle of Planet Organic Ceylon Cinnamon

Dollop of Greek yoghurt

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking dish.

Mix oats, mashed banana, protein powder, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

In a pot, cook chopped apples with maple syrup and cinnamon until soft.

Pour the oat mixture into the tray, top with the stewed apples, then dollop Greek yoghurt on top.

Finish with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden. Then enjoy!
