I have PCOS, and one of my main concerns has always been excessive facial hair. I had read that spearmint tea may help with hormone balance, so I wanted to give it a try. I couldn’t find pure spearmint tea in other supermarkets, but then I found Planet Organic. I initially ordered one pack, and after drinking it twice a day consistently, I noticed that my facial hair seemed to grow more slowly. It definitely hasn’t stopped the growth completely, but I feel like it has reduced the speed, which is a great result for me. Because I was happy with the results, I ordered four more packs! If you have PCOS and are looking for a pure spearmint tea to add to your routine, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try. I ordered the ceylon cinnamon due to the health benefits it contains and to see how it tasted. At the moment I am using it on my porridge with dates mixed in and it is delicious. The Ceylon Cinnamon, to me, has a mellower, richer flavour and aroma. So glad I bought it, will be buying again.😃

Lovely and soothing tea with a smooth and subtle aniseed flavour. Even if you're not a licorice lover, I'd compare this more to a chamomile than a strict licorice flavour. Very soothing on the stomach too.
