5-Min Cinnamon & Cacao Protein Balls
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 30 minutes+
Ingredients:

12 organic dates
-
1 cup organic raw almonds whole (or almond meal)

1/3 cup organic desiccated coconut
-
1 tbsp organic chia seeds
-
3 tspn Planet Organic Cacao Powder

1/3 cup organic coconut oil
-
1 tbsp raw honey
- Optional

1/4 cup protein powder of your choice

1/3 cup coconut oil
- Garnish

1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method:

Blitz your almonds until you have a powder consistency.

Add dates and blend again until chopped.

Add all remaining ingredients and blend until combined. Keep blending until you're happy with the consistency of the dough. Add protein powder and additional coconut oil if you choose. This keeps the dough moist with the extra powder

Pour desiccated coconut into a separate, low dish. Prepare a tray or plate for finished balls.

Scoop a tbsp of dough and roll in your hands. Then roll in coconut before resting on a plate. Continue until all the dough is used.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until hard or overnight. Enjoy!
