- 1 Planet Organic Bedtime Tea Bag
- 1 cup of freshly boiled water
- 1/2-1 teaspoon of Planet Organic Maple Syrup (or to taste)
Begin by boiling fresh, cold water. While waiting for the water to reach a rolling boil, take a moment to prepare your favourite mug, placing the Bedtime Tea Bag inside.
