  • 2 tablespoons of hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based alternatives like almond, oat, or soy work well)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 - 1tbsp Sweetener of choice (honey, agave or maple syrup)

 

Method:
