Ingredients:

  • 4 Planet Organic Passionflower tea bags
  • 4 cups of boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint sprigs for garnish

 

Method:

  1. Brewing the Tea: Begin by boiling 4 cups of water in a kettle or saucepan. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, pour it into a heatproof pitcher. Immerse the passionflower tea bags into the hot water, ensuring they are fully submerged. Allow the tea bags to steep for about 5-7 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor.
